Step by Step Process/Ready-To-Purchase House Plans

ONLINE ORDERING

Step 1: Find a Plan: Once you decide on a house plan, click on the black “Purchase This Plan” button.

Step 2: Select Options: Select your desired options for FILE TYPE, EXTERIOR WALL OPTION and REVERSAL OPTIONand add to your shopping cart.

Step 3: Checkout: Review your entire order. When you’re ready, click “Proceed to Checkout.”

Step 4: Create Your Account: If you haven’t done so already, you’ll be asked to create an account and to enter your billing information. With a free account, you can review past orders and track the status of your order. Don’t worry, your information is not shared.

Step 5: Checkout: Complete the checkout form and click “Proceed to Paypal”. You will be redirected to Paypal to complete your order. Don’t have a Paypal account? No worries…you can use any major credit card to make payment.

Step 6: Order Delivery: Your order will be emailed to the address you provided typically within 1-2 days. If you request a reversal or exterior wall conversion, there may be a slight delay. If we are making modifications to the house plan for you, a delivery timeframe will be provided to you when you receive your modification quote. See below for more information regarding modified plans.

MODIFIED HOUSE PLANS

All of our plans can be modified to reflect your personal taste and lifestyle. To request a free quote, please contact us and we will provide you with a price and timeframe. In your email, please include the plan name, plan number and a specific list of changes you are requesting.

What’s Included

IMPORTANT NOTE: Structural drawings, as well as heating and plumbing details, will not be included in your plan sets due to a variety of factors which include local codes, installation methods, personal preference, etc. Your building professional (contractor/builder/supplier) can, without difficulty, supply these details and specifications on your behalf.

ORDER POLICY

Please note that all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges can be given once your order has been fulfilled or once we have begun to modify a plan to your specifications. All house plan orders purchased “as is” are fulfilled within 1-2 business days. All plans are designed in accordance with applicable local codes in affect at the time of the creation of the designs. The codes under which the plans were designed are those in force in the designer’s local region. The customer is responsible to ensure compliance with local building codes. Local building jurisdictions may require Lateral Analysis or other engineering services. These services are often best handled by those familiar with your local codes and requirements. Only qualified personnel should undertake any revisions. South Florida Design, Inc. assumes no liabilities for changes or modifications made to plans by others.

All house plans ordered through South Florida Design, Inc. are provided as-is and South Florida Design, Inc. disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness of purpose. House plans may not be returned for credit and/or refund under any circumstances. South Florida Design, Inc. is not liable for incidental, special, consequential or indirect damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits, business opportunity or other economic loss arising out of the use of services or any construction plans received from South Florida Design, Inc. even if South Florida Design, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damage. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy, compliance with applicable statute or regulation, and fitness of purpose of any plans or construction information received from South Florida Design, Inc. prior to use thereof. In the event any liability is imposed on South Florida Design, Inc., South Florida Design, Inc.’s liability to you or any third party shall not exceed the price paid for South Florida Design, Inc.’s product.
