09/22/23:  Morristown…that’s the name of our newly released house plan now available for purchase on our website😁 This 2-story 3981sf house plan features 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, 1 half bath and a 2 car garage. The great room, with fireplace, is open to the island kitchen. The kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and is located adjacent to the dining room. The owner’s suite features 2 walk-in closets, a shower and dual sinks. Other main floor amenities include a tv room, a dedicated laundry room and an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. 09/22/23:  Introducing Owen…only available for purchase on our website!  This 1-story 2676sf house plan features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a 3 car front entry garage. The great room is open to the island kitchen and dining area. The owner’s suite includes 2 walk-in closets, a freestanding tub, dual sinks and a shower. Two secondary bedrooms and baths are located on the opposite side of the home. The lanai features an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. It is designed with a slab foundation, concrete block exterior walls, flat cement tile roof and a stucco finish. Amenities include a welcoming great room, island kitchen with large hidden pantry, dining room, study and a dedicated laundry room. The master bedroom suite 2 walk-in closets, dual sinks, shower and a free-standing tub. The covered lanai includes an outdoor kitchen.
