This stunning two-story residence spans 5,706 square feet under air and features 4 spacious bedrooms, 5 1/2 luxurious baths, and 4 car garage spaces. Other cool features, just to name a few, are a great room with a cozy ventless fireplace, a massive master bedroom closet, and a functional butler’s pantry complemented by an additional bulk pantry. 06/23/23:  Our Harrison house plan was purchased today to be built in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This 1 story 4,346sf coastal house plan features 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths and a 3 car garage. It is designed with a stemwall foundation, 8″ CMU block exterior walls, flat concrete roof tile and a stucco finish. Amenities include a welcoming entry, open floor plan, luxurious master bedroom suite and a study. The island kitchen includes a large walk-in pantry and wet bar.
