07/13/23:  Our Emery house plan is now available for purchase. This 2-story 5570sf house plan features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 half baths and 3 car garage space. It is designed with a slab foundation, concrete block exterior walls, flat cement roof tile and stucco/stocco lap siding finish. Main floor amenities include a great room open to the island kitchen, large walk-in pantry, dining room, study and dedicated laundry room. The master bedroom suite #1 features 2 walk-in closets, soaking tub, shower and dual sinks. There is also another master suite that includes a walk-in closet, dual sinks, soaking tub and shower.
